Cycle: Ride the Rhythm

Rhythm Cycle is all about being locked into the beat—moving together, hitting every hill climb, flat road, and fast jog with the beat of the music. Expect choreography that syncs perfectly with each beat drop, building energy and flow from start to finish. Get ready for an all-out, dance-inspired ride that’s as fun as it is challenging!

Cycle: Power Interval

Interval Cycle is designed to push you with high-energy intervals where every beat fuels your drive. Rhythm’s our guide, but the focus is all about putting serious power behind each pedal stroke as we hit sprints, hills, and recoveries. You’ll leave sweaty, strong, and fired up!

Private 26 Poses

Replicate the classic hot yoga series, a challenging sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a private room heated to 105 degrees. A virtual instructor will guide you through the poses, with options for beginner, moderate, and advanced, allowing you to maximize the benefits of Hot Yoga – improved flexibility, detoxification, and increased cardiovascular health – in a private setting any hour of the day.
